Les Mills BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class and ideal workout to shape, tone and strengthen your entire body. The key to BODYPUMP™ is THE REP EFFECT™, a breakthrough in fitness training focusing on high repetition movements with low to moderate weights. This will help you achieve strength and introduce lean body muscle conditioning.

Cardio conditioning through indoor cycling (spinning) is a great way to burn calories and stress! Instructors use music and verbal cues to simulate riding on various terrains. Go at your own pace and enjoy the music, motivation and sweat!!
All fitness levels are encouraged to participate. Heart rate monitors are suggested. Please bring a water bottle and a towel.
Spend an hour with us Sunday evening for a gentle stretch class to help prepare for the week ahead. No yoga experience needed. Class will include breathing techniques as well as upper and lower body stretches with limited "flowing" (linking poses together into a moving sequence).
Feel free to utilize a chair for stretches where it just feels better to sit - or a counter top/stable surface for balance assistance. All "props" welcome!
Power Yin is a yoga class focused more on the body's connective tissue than working major muscle groups. Heat is generated by moving the body, linking common yoga poses together to create "flows" and adding more dynamic full-body movements. Floor poses (yin) are held for longer periods (at least 2 mns) and "fascia reset" poses are included in between; all together allowing for restoration and release of the fascia. Class length is 60 minutes. All levels welcome! Some yoga experience is helpful but not needed.
LES MILLS BARRE ™ is a ballet-inspired fitness class set to fabulous music; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength and allow you to escape the everyday. Although not required it's helpful to have socks with a little grip to better move from one foot position to the next.
The goal of this class is to provide a bit of balance in these crazy times through a combination of seated and standing poses, breathing exercises and linking poses together in a slow, mindful and connected movement (or "flow"). These classes are meant to be on the gentler side and accessible to almost everyone, however customizations are provided in class for those who prefer more of a challenge.
This class focuses on strengthening abdominal muscles, glutes and lower back through a variety of exercises. No previous strength training experience is needed.
Class will include breathing techniques, upper and lower body stretches and slow "flowing" (linking poses together into a moving sequence). All levels welcome! The studio has mats but limited props at the moment so please bring a block, strap, etc...
Family Yoga is open to kids AND parents, caregivers and other family members. Classes are 60-75 minutes in length. Family Yoga is a class filled with magical journeys where we meet with animals, fly airplanes, drive cars, and grow into trees, all in the form of dynamic yoga poses. No yoga equipment or experience is needed. Please bring your smile - that's all you need!
